NEW WORK: Grandcamp Adventures – Treasure Maps
Here’s a few samples from a series of pictographs used in a client’s branding presentation. They are graphically pretty simple, but instantly communicate volumes more than if we tried to write it all down.

This promo was sent as a New Year’s greeting primarily to advertising agencies wishing everyone a Prosperous New Year.
This digital illustration accompanied a touching article titled “A Beautiful Heart” about an elderly mother with a middle-aged special needs son. The article was written by a doctor and was featured in the humanities section in print and online in the CMA journal.

This is a portrait of Benazir Bhutto completed at the time of her death. It speaks to the dual roles she balanced during her political career both on her home stage and internationally.
This editorial illustration was completed in both traditional oils and digital. The concept was to comunicate the vast divide between China’s official party policies and the reality of the majority of the countries needs.

This was a commission to provide a portrait of the Dalai Lama for use to promote a celebration of collaborating cultural institutions concurent with His Holiness’s visit to Vancouver. It ended up on various materials; posters, pins, brochures, banners, websites, etc. The portrait was approved by HH offices in New York for reproduction.
