This illustrated elevation was completed for use in the marketing of Colonial inspired Rowhomes. The illo started its life as an architect’s line elevations and was redrawn with landscaping in place and completed in water colour.
The overall ‘fine art’ look and feel was closely art directed to dovetail with the developer’s evolving brand and identity.
